Foundation paper piecing masterclass!

FPP: From 'don't know' to 'I'm a Pro!'

Love the precision of FPP but just don't know where to start?

Think that foundation paper piecing looks too tricky?

Maybe you've tried it and just ended up frustrated?

You're in the right place, I'm here to show you everything you need to know to become a confident FPP stitcher!

Feeling confused and intimated by FPP is completely normal. After all, if you are used to traditional patchwork, it's a very different way of sewing.

FPP is a fantastic technique though. You can get really precise points and create patterns that aren't feasible with traditional patchwork.
Once mastered, it's very straight forward and can be applied to create all range of FPP blocks.

Just imagine being able to sew up any type of FPP design with confidence! A new skill learnt and a whole world of patterns and projects open to you.

I will teach you everything you need to know to FPP with precision and confidence.

In a couple of hours you can be up and running with your FPP skills. There's also 4 different patterns included in this course, so lots of projects to jump straight into with your new found FPP skills and confidence (and hopefully enjoyment!)

What's in the masterclass?

Although it can be tricky at first, FPP is an important skill to have in your patchwork skills set. It allows you to create blocks with precision, sew with very small pieces (yay for scrap busting) and sew up blocks that can't be sewn any other way.

If you want to learn how to confidently sew up FPP blocks, then this course is for you.

In the first section, I cover everything from the basics of how FPP works, what tools you'll need and how to successfully print your pattern (there's a whole module just on paper!)

Using the Ombre Twist pattern we will learn step by step how to sew up a simple one block FPP pattern.

Once we have mastered that we move on to develop our FPP skills with a more complicated, multi part block using the Garden Flower pattern as our focus.

The course is delivered with a mix of  instructional videos, PDF patterns and print outs.
All the videos are on demand which means they can be viewed and re-viewed at a time that suits you.
All videos also come with closed captions.
